LOUIS R. MONTELLO Founder and Attorney Mr. Montello has over 3 5 years ’ experience as a transactional attorney and is the founder and principal of Montello Law. His law practice covers a broad spectrum of areas including maritime law (including yacht construction matters) , commercial and residential real estate closings, real estate development and construction, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law (including private placements), finance, litigation, and aviation law.
Mr. Montello als o had broad business experience as a principal in a variety of businesses. Mr. Montello ’ s experience includes being an owner and officer of a fixed based operator located at Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Mr. Montello also formed Regalia Beach Deve lopers in March 2011 and served as its President. Mr. Montello assembled an impressive team of experienced development and construction personnel to develop Regalia, a luxury residential high – rise condominium located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Mr. Mont ello is originally from Stamford, Connecticut. Upon graduation from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in 1980, he moved to Miami where he served as Operations Officer and Navigator aboard a U.S. Coast Guard Cutter homeported in Miami Beach, Florida. He graduate d from the University of Miami Law School cum laude in 1986, and immediately took a position with Greenberg Traurig, where he worked until he formed his own law firm in 1992.
FERN S. WATTS

Ms. Watts has over 35 years ’ experience as a transactional attorney. Sh e specializ es in corporate and securities law and has served clients by providing both legal and business advice as external as well as in – house counsel. Ms. Watts represent s businesses and entrepreneurs in connection with private placements, acquisitions, debt financing and other business transactions.
Ms. Watts served as a Director of Exactech, Inc., a then Nasdaq traded medical device manufa cturer, from May 2012 until the sale of the company in February 2018. From 2007 until 2009, Ms. Watts was General Counsel of MGM International Group, a privately held developer of carbon emission reduction projects, where she was responsible for worldwide legal operations and provided legal and business advice to senior management. From 2004 until 2005, Ms. Watts was Chief Legal Officer of Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a provider of managed information technology solutions, which, during her tenure, was publ icly traded.
Previously, Ms. Watts was a shareholder for 10 years in the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, P.A., specializing in representing public and private companies in numerous types of corporate and finance transactions. Ms. Watts began her legal career at corporate law firms in New York City. She received her B.A. in Linguistics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.
ANGEL CONDOM

Mr. Condom has more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and corporations with their litigation and transactional needs. His primary areas of practice are residential and commercial real estate matters including closings, foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant law, mortgage law and corporate law.
Mr. Condom has performed residential and commercial closings, provided foreclosure defense, performed evictions, defended tenant’s rights and formed, structured, organized the buying and selling of corporations or limited liability companies and partnerships. He has helped small, medium and large companies with real estate transactions.
Before entering into private practice, Mr. Condom served as the president of a US based electronics company that held patents for cutting-edge electronic devices. During his tenure as president, he was responsible for negotiating a joint venture with an off shore manufacturer, sourcing suppliers for a multitude of internal parts for the devices and negotiating agreements with suppliers. In addition to overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, Mr. Condom oversaw compliance with all government mandated regulations applicable to the manufacturing, importation, distribution and sales of the products.
Born and raised in Miami, Mr. Condom attended Georgia Military College, before attending and graduating from University of Miami, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. He graduated from Saint Thomas University Law School in 1991.
HITESH K. GUPTA
Attorney
Mr. Gupta has over 15 years’ experience representing clients with real estate matters including homeowner’s rights, mortgage fraud, short sales, residential and commercial closing (simple and complex transactions), condominium law, condominium conversions, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts.
After earning a computer engineering degree from the University of Florida, Mr. Gupta obtained a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. His legal experience includes serving as a law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick White, U.S. Southern District of Florida, and serving as a law clerk for Judge Juan Ramirez, Jr., Florida’s Third District Court of Appeals and serving as a law clerk for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office.
